Building 900, Leetsdale Industrial Park
Roughly half of Chapman’s Class A industrial buildings have been built speculatively. Completed in 2009, Leetsdale Industrial Park’s Building 900 is a 54,000 SF “Flex” building developed specifically to meet market demand for small footprint industrial, office, and R&D space.
