Tony is a Western Pennsylvania real estate operator with more than 50 years of experience in construction, industrial development, and tenant leasing. Known for his boots-on-the-ground approach, he has spent decades designing, renovating, and maintaining industrial spaces that support long-term tenant success. With deep relationships across the trades and the local business community, he focuses on practical execution, durable design, and maintaining strong partnerships that keep properties well-run and tenants in place for the long term.

Nate oversees all aspects of Chapman's daily operations. His responsibilities include long-term maintenance planning, budgeting, and execution, new business development, staffing, and all matters related to lease and corporate compliance. Nate has strong local industry relationships and serves as Board President of NAIOP Pittsburgh. Prior to Chapman, Nate worked in construction management for Mascaro Construction and Whiting-Turner.

Bo leads field operations for Chapman, both new projects and property management. He prepares budgets, negotiates contracts with vendors, coordinates outside consultants, and works closely with tenants that require changes to their space or other improvements. Bo also oversees emergency response systems and, as chief of his local fire department, maintains strong relationships with local first responders.

Sam plays a central role in property management operations. She coordinates vendor work orders, oversees utilities, rent, tax, and insurance collections, and maintains tenant leases and contact records across the portfolio. Sam works closely with Chapman's outside accounting team to ensure accuracy and consistency in the general ledger and financial reporting. Prior to joining Chapman, she worked in accounting for a large construction supply company, bringing strong financial discipline and organizational rigor to day-to-day property operations.

Jake serves as Field Superintendent for Chapman's projects and is the primary point of contact for tenant improvements and major capital projects. He works closely with maintenance staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to specification. Jake brings hands-on construction experience from his work as a home builder and in natural gas drilling services. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he is known for his discipline, reliability, and ability to keep projects moving in the field.

Ian is a New York-based entrepreneur, investor, and operator serving as Board Chair and Operations Lead. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he has founded and led ventures across consumer products and global supply chains with experience in capital formation, P&L oversight, governance, and building international operating teams. Ian has developed partnerships with global brands like PUMA, Reebok, Timberland, Converse, and Coca-Cola, and has guest lectured on entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management, Carnegie Mellon University, and the United Nations.
